History and Overview

After growing up under the wings of his Father Lenny Randall a process server and pioneer of the process serving profession for over 25 years, Lenny finally convinced Lance who has been a licensed process server since 1993 that he should consider opening up a company of his own. After finalizing the details of how the two of them would not compete, Lance agreed that it was time for the next step. In July of 2001 third generation process server Lance Randall founded L.R.I.

In November of 2002 Lenny passed away and Lance was left with his father’s successful local process serving agency. Already faced with his own growing State and Nationwide agency, Lance felt that it was in the best interest to merge the two companies together and press on. It was then that Lance unveiled his vision that L.R.I. could be a one-stop litigation support firm offering everything from simple courier and court research to locate & diligent searches, foreclosure/sheriff sale representation and high-profile service of process. Lance now has more than 25 years of licensed process serving experience in addition to a lifetime of education that comes with the territory of having a Grandfather and Father who were both licensed process servers. Following in his father’s footsteps, Lance also became highly involved with the betterment of the profession and served in numerous capacities of both the Florida and National Associations of Professional Process Servers eventually serving as the President of each traveling the world, meeting with dignitaries of other countries and accomplishing many feats to preserve his fellow peer’s rights to serve process and protect the due process rights of all parties to a legal action. To this day, Lance still volunteers wherever he can as a form of giving back to a profession he still holds near to his heart.

What started in the back of his car has grown to a fully staffed office with multiple court runners and several process servers in each of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. L.R.I. also has process servers in all of the 67 counties in the State of Florida. In addition, L.R.I. has process servers in almost every major city in the United States and a handful of Countries around the globe. L.R.I. is still family owned and operated. Backed by the support of their highly trained and dedicated staff, they oversee more than 1,500 service requests each month with the capability of so much more.

L.R.I. operates on the fundamental old-fashioned belief that the strength of any organization is in the quality of the product and rests with its customer’s satisfaction. While there may be uncontrollable problems that occur, it is the professionalism and personal steps taken to remedy those problems that set L.R.I. apart from the rest. Try not to act surprised if we volunteer information on how we can save you money to accomplish the same goal, even if it is cheaper than you are willing to pay for an upgraded service.

L.R.I. continuously reinvests in itself to make sure their technology is better than the competition. With automatic e-mail notification, 24/7 online access with the ability to print PDF affidavits, invoices and conformed copies, a fully staffed office that answers the phones between 9:00am & 5:00pm and multiple court runners, there is no reasonable request that L.R.I. cannot handle. Other companies may claim to offer the same perks but offering and perfecting are two completely different categories. If we cannot do it, it cannot be done. I can tell you why, but I invite you to find a reason why not!

We accept service documents electronically via e-mail. Each package exceeding 25 pages may incur a small printing fee. Alternatively, we will gladly pick up all documents directly from the client’s office. Pick-ups may be scheduled for specific days or an on-call basis free of charge. Pick-ups are offered to Local clients only.
